Welcome to EnduranceWriting.com, where writing is more than just a bunch of words on a big stack of paper. It's a group thing!
Endurance Writing focuses on the process of "getting it done," more than the actual end product that comes out of it--your book. We're not concerned with content or your overall page count or word count goal so much as we are with getting you to participate in the group writing events that will help you get there.
Sure, thorough editing of your finished product is important as well. Nay, very important! But taking that first step (finishing your draft) can sometimes feel like the hardest part, and we want to help you get there. You'll be surprised at what you can accomplish in a relatively short amount of time.

Join Us in Second Life
E.W.--It's not just for Yahoo IM anymore! :) Endurance Writing now has a group presence in the wild, wonderful, willy-nilly world of Second Life (SL), where a visual buffet of imagination stimulation awaits... and where opportunities to connect with other writers in cyberspace present themselves on at least a weekly basis, if not more.
New to SL and wondering how this virtual creative medium could benefit your own writing career? Make this helpful blog the first stop on your research path. It's chock-full of information on the benefits of SL to writers, as well as some must-have advice and links to several newbie guides to help get you started in this very large and initially somewhat overwhelming virtual world.
